Good to know

Frequently asked questions

I have never done pilates. Can I come?

Yes. Most of our members started as complete beginners. Pick a beginner or all-levels class and tell your teacher it is your first time.

What should I bring?

Water and grip socks (or borrow ours). Wear something fitted so your teacher can see your alignment, and arrive ten minutes early for your first class.

Can I come if I am pregnant or injured?

Often yes. Book a prenatal class or a private session, and tell us about any injury when you book so we can plan around it.

How do I cancel a class?

Cancel up to twelve hours before the class starts and your credit is returned. Later cancellations use a credit.

Do class packs expire?

A five-class pack lasts two months and a ten-class pack lasts four months. Memberships can be paused when you travel.

Is there parking and a shower?

There is street parking and a bike rack outside. We have showers, fresh towels and lockers.
